We offer a free Ebook preview like Google and Amazon.
The free Ebook preview will allow you to preview the eBook content before you purchase and decide if it’s right for you. The preview is proprietary and protected content. It is protected under U.S. copyright law. Previewers are prohibited from duplicating or sharing content.
We want you to be certain before making a purchase.
Monthly Subscription Programs
We offer a 7-day Free Trial, which means you’ll have 7 days to decide whether you’d like to stay subscribed to an online course. The free trial period will allow you to try out your subscription before you are charged. If you choose to cancel during your trial period, you won’t be charged at all. If you have any questions about the trial period for a specific purchase, please contact us.
When will my credit card be charged?
eBook, book, Video, and Online Programs, and the All Access Monthly Membership
Your card will be charged at the moment of purchase. If you choose an installment plan, then you’ll only be charged the first installment at the moment of purchase. These programs come with a preview feature, so you’ll have plenty of time to review your purchase and decide if it’s right for you. We cannot offer ebook refunds as they are not returnable once given to you.

How do I cancel my program purchase and receive a full refund?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online subscription program purchase, you can cancel without hassle and not be charged for the next billing cycle. Here are the refund policies depending on the type of product you purchased:
IMPORTANT Hard Copy Books RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
We are only able to accept returns of hard copy books that are in unused condition.
When returning, they must be in the condition you received them, and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend that you return the hard copy books using a tracking number. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD), and we regret that no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates can be made. You are responsible for paying the return postage/shipping for the program. Include your original packing slip with your product. This contains your name and order number so that your refund can be processed quickly.
Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment. Please send us your tracking number through our contact page. We recommend shipping book rate at the USPS.

As soon as your return is received, your order will be refunded within 3-4 business days and you will be sent a confirmation email.
Am I signing up for any recurring payments?
You’ll always see the payment terms for all your offers (including subscriptions) at the top of your shopping cart before you complete your order. If you have any questions prior to ordering, feel free to contact us. You can also review your email order receipt to confirm your order details, including information on how much and when you will be charged.
Do I have to pay shipping/handling fees?
Shipping is free within the United States. If you live outside the United States, a small shipping fee will apply. You’ll see the final price, including shipping fees, in the shopping cart before you submit your order.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
If you’d like to cancel your monthly subscription (including All Access Monthly Membership), please visit the subscription cancellation page. Once you’ve canceled, all charges for future months will be stopped.
You’re welcome to keep any free bonuses and anything you’ve already paid for.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
You’ll be able to easily identify any of your orders with us on your credit card statement. Just look for “Foxtail Pro,” “Foxtail Publishing,” or “Amanda Serna” as the name of the vendor/merchant. This is for your privacy. Your statement bill will NOT read “How to Make Men Chase You.”
Are there any costs when requesting a cancellation or refund?
If you purchased an online program, there are no cancellation costs. When your purchase is canceled, your account will be refunded.
Some of our programs include an option to receive Hard Copy Books. If you opted to receive hard copy books with your order, you only have to pay the shipping costs involved with sending the hard copy books back to us. There are no other costs involved and no surprises. Refunds are processed when the returned product is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email that your cancellation or refund has been processed
